EP 3 is a large size European style smoothing plane. Large flat body does the job of a smoothing plane and a medium jack plane. The front handle makes the plane easy to handle even in tough to plane woods. The ebony body has lustrous satin finish that glides smoothly and lasts for years. Body is 9 5/8” x 2 5/8”. Blade is 2” wide by 7” long. Blade is bedded at 45 degrees and features a chip breaker with steel retaining screw and a wooden wedge for holding the blade in place.
