At Woodline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how to return items and request refunds.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be undamaged and resellable.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Perishable or personal-use items (if applicable)

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Support team at [email protected] or 800-472-6950 within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and details of the item(s) to return.

  3. You will receive instructions on where and how to send the item.

Important: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 


 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items).

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 


 

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 


 

5. Exchanges

We do offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please call with your original order number and we can facilitate an exchange.

 


 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

  • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
