What Size toucher bearing do you use with A-30-102 3/16” radius with no bead?

It would take a C-037 bearing, 1-1/4ID x 3-5/8OD.
Is there a bushing on the A-30-100 1 1/4 bore so i can use it on a 3/4 spindle?

I need to fabricate a 1-5/8" diameter round handrail. What bit could I use for that for my shaper machine?

If you are referring to a 1-5/8" round handrail, a 1" roundover bit is required to achieve the desired profile. We do not manufacture a 13/16" roundover, which would otherwise match a 1-5/8" piece exactly. Using the larger cutter may require some trial and error to achieve the correct result.
What Size toucher bearing do you use with WL-1511.

For a "no bead" roundover with this cutter, and assuming you can't or don't want to use a fence, the bearing would be #83136, 3/4″ ID x 2-1/2″ OD.
